” One person should drink 6-8glass of water” Fact we all know!
Since our childhood, we are recommended that we should drink as much as water as possible. In reality, we are barely able to drink the utmost 3-4 glasses of water. Now, the reality is that instead of water we consume coffee, tea, juices, and other liquid substances. We eventually get benefits and consequences of whatever we intake.
Keeping body hydrated is a majorly difficult thing!! So instead of boring you with the same line that why you should drink water, I will be giving you reasons that will make you drink more water by yourself. Because let’s be honest we all are selfish who would do anything for our benefit.

This doesn’t mean that you will become Enstine instantly! To boost your mind power you need to feed your mind to. Drinking apt amount of H2O will help you, as our brain is made up of 70% of water. It helps you stay focused and alert.
- Help in weight loss
For me, it would be the best temptation!!! Losing weight is a process that involves focus, determination, efforts, exercising, dieting, and water. Replacing water with any of the other drink would be the worst decision. There is nothing that would work as effectively as water.
- Brings Glowing Skin
Who doesn’t love having glowing skin! Staying hydrated would definitely have an on the impact the skin. It will remove dirt and dryness internally from your body which will bring back the baby like glowing skin.
- Healthy digestive system
Drinking so much of water will definitely increase your trips to the washroom but that is good. In each trip, your body will flush out the toxins which were the reason behind bad digestion. Having any sort of trouble in the digestive system will lead to more problems like mood swings, tummy ache, cramps and many more. Avoid getting health problems!
- Keeps Body temperature coolMany times you would be facing a sudden rise in body temperature. You would feel like the heat is being released through your body. To avoid it, drink water as it is capable of releasing heat in the form of sweat.
- BAD Breathe
The most embarrassing thing would be someone coming up and mentioning that you smell bad. To save yourself from embarrassment drink water so that it removes the oral bacterias by diluting it.
As I said earlier we all are selfish just range varies! so use that selfishness in keeping yourself hydrated and fit. There are many ways such as force yourself to drink water, carry a bottle wherever you go, put on alarms try anything to keep yourself hydrated.
