- A plain Black T-shirt
- A fancy fabric like a net piece
Directions
Take a plain black T-shirt. Using chalk and a ruler, draw a line on it. Draw this line below the sleeves. Keeping the T-shirt on a flat surface and cut it on the marked line. After cutting you are left with a hollow cylinder of black cloth after the sleeves are removed. Keep a different cloth such that it forms the sleeve and the chest of the top. Stitch the bow so nicely exactly at the place where the new material starts on the chest. Great, you have a cute top ready to wear.
