Well, out of many major changes in our life one is leaving the gym routine. people who love going to the gym sooooooo much that it has become like second home for them this change is not only heartbreaking but also stressful. The reason behind this could be like their work timings and gym timings don’t get along because they were working till late or something more important came up. Whatever the reason be it results same that one has to stop going to the gym. But do you know how your body reacts to it? What effect does not going to the gym has on your health? - Muscles start to shrink
It is not necessary that your muscles would turn from fit to flab after not you have stopped working out but they would definitely shrink. To avoid this shrink you can make changes in your diet. Eat according to the amount of the work you do. If you continue to have the same diet as you had while exercising then you will surely gain fat. - Mood change
You can turn into a cranky person. This is because while you work out your body releases hormones which lift your mood that is the reason after working our you feel better. So when you stop working out your body slowers the release of these hormones which affect your mood. Thus you feel grumpy and cranky most of the time.
- A decrease in fitness level
When a person stops working out they are most likely to turn in to a couch panda. All day long they just sit work eat and sleep. There is no physical activity which they do. This lack of physical activities results in low stamina, low energy levels and increased laziness in a person. - Metabolism slow
Due to inactivity, your metabolism slows down. Its losses, its fat burning properties thus energy levels also get low.
