1. Have Breakfast
Try that on most of the days you first have your breakfast and then you start with all your chaos. Staying empty stomach for can cause a lot of health issues such as acidity, one could possibly get faint, nausea and many more.
2. Eat regular meals
Eating at regular intervals keeps your full for most hours of the day which in return reduces the temptation of eating something every now and then. When we have a craving of eating, we often over-eat without even realizing.
3. Fruits and vegetable
An increase of fruits and vegetables in appetite reduces the risk of many diseases. It also reduces the risk of some cancers. Fruits and Vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals that help in keeping the person energized.
4. Drink more water
Drinking plenty of water helps in removing the toxins from the body. As we stay hydrated our skin gets clear and improves the digestion system too.
5. Restricted Alcohol consumption
Alcohol consumption in a limited amount will do no harm but when that limit exceeds it starts to damage the body. Cutting down the alcohol limit will improve your mental health, reduces the risk of heart diseases and saves a lot of money.
6. Drink Green Tea
It is rich in antioxidants which help in removing the health toxins. Green Tea lowers the fat and sharpens the brain.
7. Physical work
Increase in Physical work will keep you busy. As we stay busy we are not drawn towards negative thoughts thus it improves your mental health. Increase in physical work reduces fat and keeps the person fit.
