“Do exercise!”, “Follow strict diet”, “Go to GYM!”…. these are some comments we get from anyone and everyone who gets to know that we have a motive to lose weight. We get these comments like a sick person gets medicine, “one after every two hours”. But you know there are some easy ways through which we can lose weight, but the twist is that when you will read them you will find them a little weird and absurd. So here goes the list of absurd ways to lose weight.
- Skip the gym
If you don’t want to go to the gym don’t go skip it. In replacement of that utilize your energy in work that you love to do. It could be either Zumba, walking, dancing or doing any other kind of work that requires physical input. Going to the gym half-heartedly would never benefit your health as much as joining an activity you love will do.
- Eat what you want
Well, yes! eat whatever you want. If you want to have a sub of 6-inches go and have it. When you are ordering the anything you are craving, replace regular fillings with some healthy ones, if possible. For example, you can replace subs’ regular bread with multigrain bread or brown bread. In case if you can’t replace the filling then just exercise a little more after your meal.
- Use Small Plates
Large size plates tempt us to add more things to our plates. Using small plates would give us an illusion that we are consuming a large amount of food, thus we would automatically cut down our food intake.
- Do something Good for the society
you are thinking that if I do any good for society how will it result in losing weight? The answer to your question is that here we are not talking about changing the perspective of people regarding various issues. Here we are talking about doing something physically like run a marathon for a social cause or volunteer in events that require physical work. In this way, you will hit two targets with a single arrow:
1. working for a cause will make you feel happy about yourself
