Having oily skin is the most terrible thing. Most of the time your face looks dull and worst of all, people keep mentioning you; that your skin is oily ( as if you were not aware of it before). Anyways here are some simple changes you should make in your routine to deal with oily skin:
- Wash your face
Oily skin will definitely make you wash your face several times in a day but make sure you wash in the morning and before going to bed. This will remove the oils and dust and open up your skin pores which will let your skin breathe.
- No oily food
Avoid having fried food. Switch to oil-free diet, take fruits, vegetables more. To balance your skin tone you have kiwis and lemon too.
- Use moisturizers
Dehydrated skin produces more oil. To keep your skin moisturized apply suitable moisturize after every wash.
- Scrub
Once a week scrub your face. This will clear your skin and remove dirt due to which extra oil was being produced.
- Drink more water
Try at least 6-8 glasses of water. The more water you drink the more healthy skin you will have. Water intake helps you remove toxins from your body.
