Medicines: When you take medicine an empty stomach, it irritates the lining of the stomach and messes with the stomach acid which in turn creates an imbalance in the body. Especially aspirin, paracetamol, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can’t be taken on an empty stomach. Due to this, you can suffer from different types of serious health problems like gastric problem etc. So it will be better you should always ask your doctor or pharmacist before taken any medicine.
Chewing gum: Your brain could be release wrong signal by chewing gum on an empty stomach. By releasing gastric acid into your empty stomach. It can develop many stomach related consequences such as ulcers, bleeding inflammation in the stomach. Even if you are full on the stomach by the food you should never chew them for more than 10-15 minutes.
Never have alcohol: When you are taken alcohol empty stomach it absorbs by your body faster. It will affect your heart, liver as well as kidney. Alcohol is highly acidic and will only increase your stomach acid levels. They can irritate your intestinal lining and cause discomfort leading to cramps and nausea.
Coffee: When you take coffee on empty stomach, it stimulates the production of acid that might cause heartburn and other digestive tract issues. If you’re unable to give up the habit of drinking coffee first thing in the morning, consume it with milk or cream: milk fat will reduce the negative effects.
