Types of Body Fats:
In mostly cases tummy fat is not abnormal but if it crosses the permissible limit and then it could affect our health. Because our body is made up of two types of fats :
Subcutaneous Fat- This fat found underneath our skin. This fat contains fatty tissues and supplying oxygen to the skin and blood vessels.
Visceral Fat- Deeper fat which covers some of the important organs of the body like the liver, pancreas, and intestine.
The protection of the organs is the primary role of visceral fat. But if someone has an excess amount of it, then it eventually starts reflecting in the form of a protruding belly, which can cause many diseases like diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure and certain types of cancer.
Female Belly Fat And Hormones:
Not all belly bulges are best solved with a generic combination of diet and exercise. Because few hormones are also responsible to affect the belly fat in the women.
Mostly time hormonal situation that determines where fat is stored. To lose fat you need both a caloric deficit and hormonal balance. To lose stubborn fat, particularly stubborn belly fat, you need to understand the hormones involved.
Major Female Hormones:
Insulin, cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and the major fat-burning hormones catecholamines.
These hormones work as single or sometimes in combination like insulin and cortisol “socializing with” high testosterone and low estrogen or progesterone, have a unique outcome that makes women more likely to store belly fat.
