Dear Husband,
After months and months of planning our day is here. All of our friends and family are here to join us in celebrating this happy day. I am pretty sure that this wedding is everything I ever imagined! I can’t wait for you to see me walking down the aisle.
I am glad that we chose each other. I have thought about this day ever since I fell in love with you, ever since I had the slightest thought that you and I would turn into something more; and here we are! Between good times and our bad times, we still came out and it was only for the best. After today I will have the honor to call you my husband.
The ceremony is a time for all of our loved ones to join us at the start of our new life together. I could not be happier that they are here to join us. Looking at all of our friends and family, seeing how happily married they are, I hope that we are just as happy.
I am so excited to start a new chapter with you. I am ready to go on adventures and do everything I possibly can with you. Live in a beautiful home and make it ours, have beautiful children and call it our family.
There may be times when I will need some time alone and I want you to know that it is only because I need to rejuvenate my body and mind. It will never, ever be because I need a break from us.
Sure it is a little scary, but life is scary. Marriage can be one of the best things in life, the fact that I get to marry you makes me smile on the inside and out. Thanks for conquering this adventure with me, and honestly I cannot wait.
I know as we start our new life, a lot of things will change but I promise to make everything worth it. I will love and respect your family as my own and I expect nothing less from you. I can promise you that I will love you in sickness and health, in richer and poor until death does us part. That is what you do when you love someone. But I will also be your biggest critic if the need be. When we spend our lives together, we have to inspire, challenge and motivate each other to grow. And I promise to do all of that, be your favorite partner in crime and more!
Today is the first day of the rest on our lives together and the best times are yet to come, the best memories are yet to be made and I can not wait for it to be with you.
