“Mere tumhare sabke liye happy Diwali!!!” the favorite video forwarding is all set to occupy some space in our phones. Diwali is an auspicious festival which is around the corner, we buy gifts for our loved ones and our loved ones buy gifts for us. this year other than our loved ones even supreme court decided to give us a surprise!! BAN! BAN! BAN! Supreme court initially gave out the verdict that due to pollution and problems caused by that no crackers will be burst this year but later on 8 pm to 10 pm time slot was allotted for burning the crackers.
Well, if I go down in my memory lane all I remember that my crazy neighbors would burn crackers till 3 in the morning and the cough straight for 3 days. So this time supreme court is our superhero from these crazy cracker bursting villains!!
Now the big question what to do on Diwali? because till now it was mostly about bursting crackers. Not to worry here are some ways in which you can celebrate noiseless and peaceful Diwali.
- Family gathering
Yaa I know we all have a love-hate relationship with the family gathering. Most of the time we are there only for delicious food. But you know what these gathering can actually be very entertaining. When all the ladies of the house are together they would definitely talk about someone and the other and as the time pass you get to know every latest news of each and every family member. Plus other than that you can have time to catch up with everyone and take a tour of your childhood memories.
- Visit old age home or orphanage
Well, any festival is about spreading happiness around. So get in touch with an NGO and visit an old age home or orphanage nearby. Take gifts for them and spend time with them, talk to them get to know them. if you visit an old age home you will the prettiest smile on wrinkled face and if you visit an orphanage then you will see the brights smile on innocent faces.
- Lit up the sky with Lanterns
Lanterns don’t cause any pollution so lit up the sky above you with your loved ones.
- Natural light candid!!!
Turn off all the lights and lit up diyas as many as you can just take care you don’t burn the house!! In addition, take led Chinese lights to decorate the house and ask your photographer relative or friend to click some amazing candid in natural lights.
Diwali is a festival of lights and not about burning crackers. So take café of your health and people around you try not to burst crackers and enjoy eco-friendly noiseless Diwali.
