Every woman on this planet has to deal with the period’s problem every month. You should never be ashamed of getting your period, as it is a natural process in our body. The monthly cycles don’t come alone they always bring something with them like pain and irritation. So here are some useful hacks to make your period much, more tolerable:
- Back pain & Cramps: If you get really bad back pain and cramps before period, take a warmly heated pad or take a sock filled with some beans warm it and keep at the place where you have pain and it will give you lot of relief.
- Do downward facing dog yoga for fast cramp relief: This yoga pose would great for providing fast relief from period cramps. - Right Clothes: Wear dark clothes during those days. If you stain, it will not show. Wear long tops so that it covers your back pants. And to prevent your clothes from staining use tight shorts beneath your pants.
- Wash stain panties with cold water: Don’t use hot water to remove or wash your stained panties. Instead, use cold water to wash your panties. Using cold water will remove the stain completely and will not leave a stain after washing it.
