Weight loss topic is no less complex than Greek history. People have their own belief and facts related to weight loss. Peanut butter contains two types of fat, monounsaturated which keeps you full and polyunsaturated which improves insulin metabolism, apple is full of fiber and cinnamon is famous for reducing belly fat. Spread the peanut butter on an apple and add a pinch of cinnamon powder. - Green Tea, Lemon, and Mint

There is no rule that desserts can’t help in weight loss. Dark chocolates and berries are full of Flavanols. Well, this is an antioxidant which helps the body to reduce fat. now walnut is rich in polyunsaturated fat which improves insulin metabolism.
Losing weight is not that difficult all it requires is you to combo up right food and do some physical work.
