Wedding season is just around the corner. By now most have already got their invitations cards saying “SAVE THE DATE”. The wedding is the most auspicious day in the life of a human being and especially for the parents of that human being. The time between the day your wedding gets finalized and the day on which your wedding is like a ride on a roller coaster of emotions. All the emotions that can be felt by a living human being attacks either one by one or simultaneously. It is the most difficult time to handle emotions especially when you are “the bride” because one minute you would be happy and planning everything whereas the other minute you could possibly be crying about leaving your home. While you are happily planning your outfits there would be one person who would just randomly come up and say you need to lose weight in order to fit in your dream dress. As a result, you get health conscious and start to try every possible method to lose weight. So ‘Bride-to-be’ relax; here are 6 tips that will help you!!
- EAT Healthy
The very first thing brides do is; they stop eating or they don’t eat properly. Staying hungry for long hours of the day can cause weight gain. This is because when we don’t eat at proper intervals or at all, at the time of consumption we tend to overeat. As far as it is advised that one should have their dinner before 7.30 this is because the body gets its time to optimize the metabolism.
Only dieting would not rescue you! you need to exercise at least an hour. For this you don’t really need to join a gym, you can do yoga or could go for a brisk walk too, anything that suits you.
- NO CHEAT DAYS
After dieting and exercising regularly we are inclined towards the idea of cheat days. You are allowed to have cheat days only if your wedding is after 4months. Less than 4months you are strictly prohibited from the idea of cheat days.
- DRINK WATER
The best way to remove toxins from the body is drink water as much as you can. In 24hours you should consume 2-4 liters at least. The more toxins removed; the more easily you can lose weight.
- NO ALCOHOL
For some time you need to say bye-bye to your alcohol. Drinking alcohol will only increase your calories you loose after dieting and exercising. So in order to avoid that avoid alcohol for the time being.
- Stay Stress Relieved
Getting married is a stressful time but try to stay happy as much as you can and avoid taking the stress.
