I know it’s really hard to step out of bed. I used to swear at night to go for a walk tomorrow morning but that morning never comes, but from last week I am stepping out of bed and started 40 minutes’ walk, I can see the transformation in myself. I am feeling more energetic whole day, less stressed and more relaxed!
You just need to give yourself 40 minutes daily to make yourself a better version of you. A morning routine does not necessarily mean you need to wake up at 4:00 am. It only means you need to set aside a little bit of time every day.
I recommend you to make habits that make the most sense for your lifestyle.
- Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm water
Water gives you quick energy, which helps in proper circulations of nutrients in the body, removing toxins from the body and helps you get glowing skin throughout the day. First off, by staying hydrated, one can prevent overeating. That is because a lot of people confuse thirst with hunger!
- Get moving and exercise daily
A quick morning session can make your day because health is not about the weight you lose, it is about the life you gain. So invest your time in yourself by waking daily 40min or hitting the gym, doing yoga, aerobics… Whatever u like, just enjoy and keep moving.
3. Break your fast, do the Breakfast!
A healthy lifestyle has a lot to do with your meal timings since breakfast is the most important meal of the day so you should have it just after you finish exercise and of course it should be healthy.
Start your breakfast with fresh fruit or vegetable juice. If you plan to consume both, you could do so. you can then add protein-rich items like egg or sprouts, whole grain brown bread and any source of good quality protein should be there in your breakfast like cheese, tofu.
